• Submitted photos may be used for show advertisement. By submitting a photo, you agree to allow us to use your photo for advertisement purposes. • We reserve the right to ask a vendor to leave the show for any reason, or if qualifications are not met on the application. Only one vendor per booth is allowed, unless approval has been given. • Inappropriate behavior (rude comments, profanity, insulting remarks) towards the event organizers or other vendors will not be tolerated. If this behavior occurs, you will be asked to leave the event and your fees will not be refunded. You will not be allowed to participate in future Junkin' Market Days events. • It is hereby agreed and understood that the vendor will carry the necessary insurance covering their property displayed by the vendor for all aspects of this experience and hereby exonerates Junkin’ Market Days® LLC, workers, or helpers from any injuries, damage or losses while setting up, attending, while in transit, or anytime during the Junkin’ Market Days event. • Vendors are not allowed to set up beyond designated times and will not be permitted to set up once the show begins. Vendors that show up late without prior arrangements with us forfeit their space and are not eligible for a refund. • Early exits will not be permitted. A separate retainer check of $75 will be required to check in the day of the event. If the vendor chooses to leave earlier than the scheduled closing time for the show, then the vendor surrenders the $75 retainer check. Otherwise, all checks will be returned at the end of the show. • No refunds once you have been accepted into the Junkin’ Market Days® Event. In the event of bad weather, an act of God, any unforeseen event that could cause a postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation of the show, revised arrangements will be made. • All vendors must collect and report their own sales tax. • I give Junkin' Market Days permission to send marketing emails. I can unsubscribe at any time. By acknowledging, the vendor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations pertaining to this event.
